We are looking for an Offer Manager (f/m/d) for our Sales Team!

The team you would join.

As an Offer Manager at HSP, you will be part of an international team from different backgrounds with regular possibilities of remote working. You will be responsible for creating customized offers that meet our customers' wishes in terms of technical requirements and price. This requires excellent communication skills and a sound technical understanding of our products and their applications.

Together with regional sales managers and key account managers as well as offer engineers, order managers and quality managers, you will develop a deep understanding of the requirements of the market, customers, price levels and technical possibilities to cover them more innovatively and profitably than the competition.

How you can impact HSP

  • Develop and manage technical and commercial offers for high-voltage bushings.
  • Collaborate with engineering, order management, planning, and procurement teams to ensure accurate and competitive proposals.
  • Analyze customer requirements and specifications to provide tailored bushing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Present and explain technical bushing solutions to customers and address any inquiries or concerns.
  • Support the HQ sales teams in negotiations and contract finalizations related to bushings.
  • Monitor and report on offer status and customer feedback specific to bushings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to bushings.

What we ideally seek in you

  • Bachelor's or ideally a master's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Strong English skills, both verbal and written
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales engineering or offer management in the high-voltage energy sector
  • Strong understanding of high-voltage products and solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ideeally experience with international sales and global market dynamics related to bushings, power, or distribution transformers.
