We are looking for an Offer Manager (f/m/d)!

The team you would join.

As an Offer Manager at HSP, you will be part of an international team from different backgrounds with regular possibilities of remote working. You will be responsible for creating customized offers that meet our customers' wishes in terms of technical requirements and price. This requires excellent communication skills and a sound technical understanding of our products and their applications.

Together with regional sales managers and key account managers as well as offer engineers, order managers and quality managers, you will develop a deep understanding of the requirements of the market, customers, price levels and technical possibilities to cover them more innovatively and profitably than the competition.

How you can impact HSP

Setting up the lathe (conventional or CNC-controlled and programming) according to plan and adjusting measuring equipment
Provision of semi-finished products and materials as well as preparation and realisation of tools
Carrying out and importing programme changes
Turning, control and monitoring of processes
Checking semi-finished products for dimensional accuracy, condition and completeness Documenting faults, passing on fault descriptions if necessary
Drilling of products and contacting according to specifications

What we ideally seek in you

Successfully completed vocational training as a cutting machine operator / lathe operator, industrial mechanic / metalworker, preferably specialising in turning technology, or comparable training with relevant professional experience
Experience in programming and operating CNC lathes, ideally programming knowledge of R&D or Siemens control systems
Knowledge of working with work plans, parts lists, drawings as well as process and quality regulations
Ability to work independently and reliably as well as in a team
Safe handling of lifting and hoisting equipment with proven operating licence
Fluent written and spoken German
