For top quality right from the start:

Become part of our winding team!

We are looking for qualified employees who are motivated and goal-oriented and would like to expand their career with electrifying tasks. Join our dynamic team now and celebrate new successes in high-voltage technology with us!

We are looking for a mechanic in our winding department (f/m/d)!

The team you would join.

The "magic" takes place in the winding department, the second production step of our manufacturing process. This team is responsible for ensuring that the various materials are applied cleanly and neatly to the winding carrier according to a previously designed pattern.

It is important to work cleanly here, as any soiling impairs the quality and safety of the finished product.

Knowing the nature of the materials, precise processing and an awareness of the importance of this work step are part of the DNA of this team of over 20 people. If you recognize yourself in this, then this team is just right for you.

How you can impact HSP

  • Preparing, setting up and adjusting the winding machine (conventional or PLC-controlled) according to plan
  • Setting the control or parameters of the winding machine according to plan
  • Checking the technical schematic drawings and adapting the production process for special productions
  • Preparing the reel by winding the paper as well as the start and width of the paper on the reel carrier (pin, mandrel and tube)
  • Checking the winding for dimensional accuracy and quality, in particular also monitoring the quality specifications
  • Completing the reels by cutting and taping the reels, reporting completion of the order in the IT system, affixing the order slips and printing out the reel log
  • Eliminating faults and carrying out maintenance and servicing work
  • Reporting process faults to the responsible manager and systematically analysing and isolating the cause of faults

What we ideally seek in you

  • Successfully completed training in a technical field such as machining mechanic (f/m/d) or industrial mechanic (f/m/d)
  • Knowledge of working with work plans, parts lists and specifications
  • First professional experience in the production area of an industrial company desirable
  • A confident demeanour, initiative and an awareness of costs and quality work coupled with a team-oriented way of working
  • Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system
  • Good written and spoken German language skills
